These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website shop.auroraitechnology.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Aurora AI Technology Corp ("Aurora," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity.

2. Products and Pricing
Aurora AI Technology Corp sells AI computing hardware, including but not limited to single-board computers, inference accelerators, computer vision modules, development kits, and AI sensors, intended for business, industrial, educational, and professional use.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, technical specifications, and images at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify the customer and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
Aurora AI Technology Corp offers products for both individual and business customers. Volume discounts and Request for Quote (RFQ) options may be available for qualifying business purchases. Terms for RFQ and bulk orders will be provided individually and are considered final sale, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., approved net-terms accounts for qualifying business customers). We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Aurora AI Technology Corp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds
All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Products may not be returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

8. Product Use and Disclaimer
Products sold by Aurora AI Technology Corp are intended for use by individuals and businesses with the technical knowledge necessary for their safe and proper installation, configuration, and operation. Aurora AI Technology Corp makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for a particular application, except as expressly stated by the original manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora AI Technology Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, Aurora AI Technology Corp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property
All original content created by Aurora AI Technology Corp on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and marketing materials, is the property of Aurora AI Technology Corp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images, names, trademarks, datasheets, and technical information provided by manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Aurora-owned content from the Site without prior written permission, except as necessary for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a purchase.

11. Third-Party Trademarks
Product names, brands, and logos referenced on the Site (including Raspberry Pi, Seeed Studio, and other manufacturer brands) are the property of their respective owners. Aurora AI Technology Corp is an independent reseller and, unless explicitly stated, is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these manufacturers.

12. Force Majeure
Aurora AI Technology Corp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, customs inspections, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

13. Changes to These Terms
Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Export Compliance
Products sold by Aurora AI Technology Corp may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable export, re-export, import, and sanctions laws. Products may not be purchased, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in violation of U.S. law or applicable international trade restrictions.

17. No Professional Advice
Information provided on the Site, including product descriptions, technical information, compatibility recommendations, tutorials, and other content, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering, legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their

intended application.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
