SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Timelines
Aurora AI Technology Corp ships within the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided for convenience only. They are estimates, not guarantees, and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

- Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after processing
- International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination, customs, and carrier

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Backorders
If a product is temporarily out of stock after an order has been placed, Aurora AI Technology Corp may place the item on backorder and notify the customer of the estimated availability. Customers may choose to wait for the product to become available or request a cancellation for the unavailable item prior to shipment.

Partial Shipments
Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments when necessary due to product availability, supplier fulfillment, or logistical considerations. Aurora AI Technology Corp may determine, at its sole discretion, whether an order will be shipped as a partial shipment or held until all items are available. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for authorized partial shipments unless otherwise agreed.

Supplier Fulfillment
Certain products may ship directly from authorized suppliers or fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability and supplier inventory.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Signature Confirmation
Aurora AI Technology Corp may require an adult signature upon delivery for high-value orders at its sole discretion.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery of the shipment to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Some products or shipping methods may not be available for delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other restricted delivery locations. Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to select an alternative shipping method or cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier, when possible, and reported to Aurora AI Technology Corp within the timeframe specified in this policy.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. Aurora AI Technology Corp is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import processing.

Export Compliance and Shipping Restrictions
Products sold by Aurora AI Technology Corp may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with all applicable export, re-export, and import laws of their country. Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific countries, states, or regions due to export regulations, manufacturer restrictions, or carrier limitations. Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination restricted under U.S. law.

Shipping Damage
If a product arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported to sales@auroraitechnology.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
Aurora AI Technology Corp is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at sales@auroraitechnology.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from Aurora AI Technology Corp, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking or handling charges, where permitted by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Aurora AI Technology Corp is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Reshipment costs due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

Peak Demand Periods
During periods of unusually high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, order processing and shipping times may be longer than the estimates provided. Aurora AI Technology Corp will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Force Majeure
Aurora AI Technology Corp shall not be liable for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, customs inspections, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
