RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Product Condition
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Returned items must include all original accessories, manuals, cables, adapters, screws, protective packaging materials, and documentation. Incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after Aurora AI Technology Corp verifies that the returned product meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged in transit, Aurora AI Technology Corp will provide a replacement or full refund. Shipping damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products — including but not limited to chips, ESD-sensitive components, and specialized industrial hardware — may be designated as Non-Returnable (NR) on the product page. These items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
Software and Digital Products
Software licenses, digital products, downloadable content, subscriptions, activation keys, and other digital services are non-refundable once delivered or activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Custom Orders and RFQ
Products purchased through a Request for Quote (RFQ) or custom/bulk order are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
Customer Ordering Errors
If a return is requested due to a customer ordering error (e.g., incorrect model or specification selected), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are non-refundable.
Return Authorization Process
Do not return products without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipments sent without prior authorization may be refused. The authorized return address will be provided after your RMA request has been approved.
1. Contact us at sales@auroraitechnology.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the applicable return window.
2. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, the customer will receive return instructions, the authorized return address, and an RMA number.
4. Returned packages must be shipped with valid, trackable shipping. Aurora AI Technology Corp is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit without valid tracking.
5. Returns are considered received only when delivered to the address provided in the approved RMA instructions.
6. Once received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Aurora AI Technology Corp does not currently charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Right to Refuse
Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products remain covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Raspberry Pi Ltd., Seeed Studio, and other brands) beyond Aurora's 30-day return window.
Product Information Accuracy
Aurora AI Technology Corp reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, technical specifications, and images at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora AI Technology Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from Aurora AI Technology Corp. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, Aurora AI Technology Corp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure
Aurora AI Technology Corp shall not be liable for delays in processing returns or replacements resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, customs inspections, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
Governing Law
This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
