Aurora AI Technology Corp is an independent reseller of AI computing hardware, embedded systems, and edge computing solutions. Unless otherwise stated, all products sold through our store are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty after Aurora's 30-day return period, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Warranty duration varies by product and manufacturer and is typically between one (1) and two (2) years.

Warranty Assistance

If you experience a manufacturing defect after Aurora's 30-day return period has expired, please contact us at sales@auroraitechnology.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product model
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the problem (if available)

Our team will assist you in identifying the appropriate warranty process and, when possible, facilitate communication with the manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or operation
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Physical damage or accidents
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surges or improper power supply
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage
  • Use outside the manufacturer's intended specifications

Aurora AI Technology Corp does not independently provide an extended warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.
